June 2015 and the end is in sight.   But not near enough to launch before the end........So we look to September and a "back to school launch" will be the call.    It is common to start to rush your work as the deadline nears but that would not do justice to this project.

 

As of 6-8-14, the boat is getting it's finish coats, final parts are being fitted, and we are awaiting pintles and gudgeons from a supplier.   The oars are in their finishing stages as well.   We were close for this year but all are in agreement that September is better.
